About The Maplewood Chamber of Commerce
Thank you for visiting the Maplewood Chamber of Commerce! We are one of the most vibrant business community organizations in St. Louis County. Active and involved, we work toward progress that enables businesses to succeed and expand. Events and programs the Chamber produces brings attention to Maplewood and the businesses that exist in this city.
The Chamber functions to:
Encourage the growth of existing industries and businesses while giving appropriate assistance to any new firms or individuals seeking to locate in the Maplewood area;
Create a better understanding and appreciation of the importance of individuals involved in business enterprises and a concern for their problems;
Educate and inform the business community;
Represent the business community in the city, county, state and national legislative and political affairs;
Address issues detrimental to the expansion or growth of business and the community;
Promote business and community growth and development by promoting economic programs designed to strengthen and expand the income potential of all businesses within the trade area;
Promote programs of a civic, social and cultural nature which are designed to increase the functional and aesthetic values of the community.
